I wanted to share a couple images of some spoons and spatulas I carved prior to turning wood and making bowls. I am planning on getting back to hand carving as well as turning. The spoons and spatulas are carved with an axe a knive, and a hook knife to hollow out the bowl of the spoon. The finish on every wood piece I produce is food safe. These utensils are finished with Bees Wax and Mineral oil blend.
