RETURN POLICY
RicWoodworking is completely committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your purchase to us within 45 days of the ship date.
We do not accept returns for any reason after 45 days from ship date.
If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of their choice.
At any time, if you believe your product has incurred any damage or change, through no fault of yours, or needs some updated maintenance, please contact ricwoodworking and we will work with you to repair or replace your purchase.
